The Brooklyn Nets will bring in Juwan Howard as an assistant coach. Howard was recently relieved of his duties after serving as the head coach at his alma mater, Michigan, for five seasons.
Selected as the fifth pick in the 1994 draft, Howard enjoyed a 19-season career in the NBA. He earned All-Star and All-NBA honors in the 1995/96 season and earned several championships during his late years as a role player with the Miami Heat.
