Final day concessions of the Premier League season
Much remains to be decided on the final day of the 2023/24 Premier League season.
English champions Manchester City or Arsenal will face each other on Sunday, with the Cityzens holding a two-point advantage over their nearest rivals.
There are also European titles to be decided for teams such as Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester United, and the relegation of one team will be fully guaranteed.
Here's everything at stake in Gameweek 38.
It's another last day of shooting there Man City be profitable. Cityzens lead by two points Arsenal after winning their midweek trip to Tottenham Hotspur but still need to beat West Ham United to be absolutely certain of winning a fourth consecutive Premier League title.
The Gunners will face Everton at the Emirates Stadium. Mikel Arteta will be keen to ensure there is no slippage from his side as he prays for good news from the north.
It has been a tight race for the title, with Liverpool leading for 87 days – more than Man City and Arsenal on 76 each – before falling out of contention.

Liverpool again Aston Villa both are safe in the knowledge that, whatever happens on the final day of the season, they will not be relegated to third and fourth place respectively.
At Anfield, the focus will be on manager Jurgen Klopp, who will step down this summer after bringing Premier League and Champions League glory to Anfield.
The Villans' trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace could have been a concern but Tottenham's defeat to Man City confirmed Unai Emery's place in Europe's top club competition next season.

TottenhamThe Champions League challenge turned out to be disappointing for Ange Postecoglou but fifth place was still an improvement on last season's eighth-placed effort. Spurs only need to avoid defeat to bottom-placed Sheffield United to retain their place and qualify for the Europa League.
Chelsea they can grab fifth if they and the Blades both win, and a draw will take sixth place. However, they will have to wait until the FA Cup final on May 25 to find out if they will play in the Europa League or the Europa Conference League.
Newcastle United may clinch a place in Europe but will only drop sixth to Chelsea with a win over Brentford and a Blues defeat to Bournemouth. If sixth is not possible, they must finish seventh above Manchester United and hope that Man City beat the Red Devils in the FA Cup final. That would secure a Conference League spot.
Manchester United they had two opportunities to enter Europe; with the Premier League and the FA Cup final. Sixth place is a long way off given Chelsea's superior goal difference, so instead Erik ten Hag's side must better Newcastle's result to leapfrog Eddie Howe's side into seventh place. That will protect continental football of some sort regardless of the FA Cup final result.
If they beat Man City at Wembley, United will qualify for the Europa League. Defeat and a seventh-placed finish would result in a place in the Conference League, but two defeats in their last two games – starting at Brighton on Sunday – would mean they are not competing in any UEFA competition next season.

With Sheffield United again Burnley already relegated, only one of the bottom three places remains to be decided on the final day.
Nottingham Forest hold all the cards. They sit three points up City of Luton with a healthy advantage on goal difference and they just need a draw against Burnley to avoid official relegation.
On the other hand, the Hatters have everything to do. Rob Edwards' side must completely defeat Fulham and will hope Forest collapse in the same way against Burnley to stand any chance of staying up.
