Tokyo medalists Carlo Paalam, Aidan Walsh qualify for 2024 Olympics in final qualifier

Olympic medalists Carlo Paalam, Aidan Walsh and Loren Alfonso rode the final train to a second straight Olympic berth, securing a place at the Paris Games in a last-chance qualifier on Sunday at Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, -Thailand.
Paalam, 25, a Filipino who won the silver flyweight three years ago in Tokyo, will meet Aider Abduraimov from Ukraine and Munarbek Seiitbek Uulu from Kyrgyzstan who is the last to enter the featherweight division (57 kilograms).
