Attending the NBA Finals is more expensive than ever, with the average price of a ticket this year rising to $4,150, according to TicketIQ.
That makes this the most expensive Finals since TicketIQ began tracking prices in 2011.
At press time, the most expensive Game 1 tickets on Ticketmaster were listed on the company's resale market at $27,000 each. Those seats were in the VIP area near the court.
The situation is even worse on Stubhub, with the most expensive Game 1 tickets sold for $50,283.
Stubhub also has Game 7 tickets listed (which is by no means guaranteed to actually happen), with the most expensive being sold at $59,564 each.
The cheapest tickets available for Game 1 were selling for $750 each. By comparison, last year's Finals tickets started at $449 each.
Long story short: if you're hoping to attend any of these games, it might be time to start selling all your stuff.
