Minimal Golf casts its net with progressive bag range – Golf News
California-based golf bag brand Minimal Golf has started selling its range of sustainably produced trolley and stand bags in the UK for the first time.
The range currently includes a stand bag and a trolley/cart bag, both made from discarded nylon fishing nets found in the world's oceans and beaches. These are processed into pellets and made from a tough nylon thread that includes a waterproof surface coating. Both also feature magnetic pocket closures, eliminating zippers that are often the number one feature that fails in a golf bag.
The Terra (£399) is an 8.5in stand bag with a 5-way top, with full-length dividers with a strong velor lining. Features a full magnetic pocket closure for easy access; 7 external and 2 internal pockets, including an enclosed cooler compartment; Rangefinder compartment with additional magnetic anchor and lined essentials pocket; It is offered in white, gray and black color options with a subtle 'M' logo on the bottom pocket.
The Gaia (£449) is a 9.5-inch 14-way high trolley bag with full-length dividers. It packs all the same features as the duffel bag, with the addition of two extra pockets, eight on the outside and three on the inside. It is offered in gray or black.
