HMH is bringing Holsworthy Golf Club (pictured) to the market with offers invited in the region of £1,250,000.
Holsworthy Golf Club, originally a private members club dating back to 1937, is a free course located in a popular tourist destination along the famous North Devon / Cornish coast. Acquired by the current owners in 2014 and converted into a sole proprietorship at that time, the Club is being offered for sale as the partners wish to retire.
Holsworthy Golf Club has an 18 hole 6,032 (par 70) golf course, driving range, driving range, 5,849 sq. ft. clubhouse. ft, purpose built green space storage and large car park. This established golf facility offers a true test of golf on consistent, well-sized greens and tees. The clubhouse includes a golf shop and large function/event space, most of which overlooks the golf course.
