Golf Business News – AVIS extends partnership with PGA Tour and announces sponsorship of Xander Schauffele

AVIS, one of the world's leading rental car companies, has announced a multi-year extension of its partnership as the Official Rental Car Company of the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions and Korn Ferry Tour.

The agreement, through the end of 2028, will continue to provide rental cars for players, caddies, staff and fans at PGA TOUR-sanctioned events around the world. AVIS has been the Official Marketing Partner and preferred rental car company of the PGA TOUR since 2011.

The expanded partnership will see the rental car provider engage with PGA TOUR fans throughout the FedExCup season through its AVIS 'Plan on Us' campaign, which highlights the company's legacy of trust in customer travel plans, time and time again. For 75 years, the only AVIS program to make sure you keep yours.

AVIS also announced a two-year partnership with PGA TOUR player Xander Schauffele. Renowned for accuracy, skill, and consistency on the golf course, the 2024 PGA Championship winner will now bring his passion for excellence to AVIS, including the brand's commitment to high performance and customer satisfaction.
