NBA Players Weigh Paul George in Golden State Rumors

Current NBA players have expressed their opinions about the rumors that the Warriors are interested in Clippers star Paul George.

Pelicans guard CJ McCollum thinks PG-13 needs to decide what his priorities are before making a decision.

“He has to decide what's most important to him,” McCollum said NBA Today. “Do you want to be in LA? He comes from there. I know the power of family close to home, what that means. Do you still want to play next to Kawhi [Leonard] and betting on life and obviously James [Harden] maybe you will come back again.

“Do you want to learn about living on the East Coast? … you want to check to see what's going on with Klay [Thompson], are you leaving or staying? I think he has to figure out what his priorities are, who he wants to play with as he approaches the latter part of his career. “

McCollum went on to discuss how exciting it would be to see George team up with Steph Curry and Draymond Green and chase his first championship.

“Bay … The West is tough, but you can think of him, Steph [Curry], [Draymond Green] together?” McCollum said.

Bucks guard Patrick Beverley also took to X to share his thoughts on a potential trade for George with the Dubs, and he clearly approves.

George is a nine-time All-Star, so he can bring experience and an X-factor to The Bay where the Warriors are lacking.
