Jamal Musiala put aside Kasper Schmeichel to put his side two goals up in the round of 16 against Denmark.
Germany are through to the quarter-finals as they lead Denmark 2-0 in Dortmund after another dominant performance.
Kai Havertz gave the hosts the lead from the spot after a handball by Joachim Andersen, who just found his own goal five minutes ago.
That lead was doubled by Bayern Munich's Musiala who calmly slotted into the bottom corner after a fine run behind the Danish defence.
