The top five names on your board are still (Mitch) Marner, (Martin) Necas, (Nikolaj) Ehlers, (Patrik) Laine, and you have to come down to (Jacob) Trouba as the next one. one, with Chychrun apparently on his way to Washington.
Out of those five and you look at pushing them aside or pushing them aside because we've talked about it enough, I think out of the next four, which one do you think we can see a solution sooner?”

Seravalli: “Maybe Marty Necas, I wonder if the Canes went back to Necas and they didn't spend a ton of money and obviously they didn't keep a lot of their guys. Big hits with (Brett) Pesce, (Brady) Skjei, Jake Guentzel are over. Does that mean he's trying to get Necas back? I think it's a fair question to ask.
I really want to know about trouba. Today, right now is the time for overs. So there was a lot of speculation on Trouba but he might be the guy who ends up being waived if he can't get off the no-trade list to get a deal. (Trouba was not set for eviction). They did that with Barclay Goodrow. There's a lot going on.

So yes. And what happened to Mitch Marner. For me and I'm sure for many viewers, the Vegas Golden Knights are not backing down. They never stop. You didn't get (Steven) Stamkos. You didn't keep (Jonathan) Marchessault, you didn't keep (Chandler) Stevenson. Does that mean you're now headed to Mitch Marner?”
