With that, a permanent deal this summer would make perfect sense for both parties. On the other hand, Matt O'Riley's future continues to be questioned, but he is a star of the future who is heading out in the summer.

According to Anthony Joseph of Sky Sports, Rocco Vata is now set to join Watford with a medical as soon as today and a four-year contract on the line, which will see Celtic receive a £240,000 transfer fee.
As Vata is only 19 years old, Vata's exit will be difficult for Celtic, especially because of the low price of compensation for a player who may reach his level in the coming years.
Rodgers is a fan of “strong” Vata.
