Chelsea are closing in on signing Basel midfielder Renato Veiga, according to a report.
The Blues continue to try to snap up the best young players in the game and have already landed Estevao Willian and Marc Guiu this summer.
Next through the door, according to Fabrizio Romanoit will be 20-year-old Veiga, who has agreed terms for a £12m move to Stamford Bridge.
Veiga, a defensive midfielder by trade, is also comfortable at center back and has appeared on the left side of defense before.
