The Germany star will miss the semi-finals of Euro 2024 if the team go through
Germany defender Antonio Rudiger will miss the Euro 2024 semi-final if his side win tonight.
Despite a strong defensive performance against Spain so far, Germany have seen several key players pick up yellow cards.
In a tense first half, Toni Kroos escaped a booking with a heavy challenge on Pedri, which forced the Spanish midfielder off the pitch.
Shortly after, the Real Madrid defender was booked for fouling Dani Olmo just outside the penalty box.
Although the resulting free-kick did not lead to a goal, the yellow card means that Rudiger will be suspended from the semi-final if Germany go through tonight.

Strong German campaign for Euro 2024
The host country has had a tough competition so far. They started with a 5-1 win against Scotland in the opening match and followed it up with a 2-0 win over Hungary. A 1-1 draw with Switzerland in the final group game ensured progress to the next round.
In the round of 16, they beat Denmark well.
However, the real test begins now as they have to beat Spain and then France or Portugal to reach the final.
