Tyronn Lue, head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers and assistant coach of Team USA, showed the readiness of the national team during the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
Despite boasting a formidable roster last year, Team USA faltered, failing to win gold or a medal, finishing fourth after losing to Canada.
This year's team has only two returning players, Anthony Edwards and Tyrese Haliburton, and older NBA veterans such as LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Jayson Tatum, Devin Booker and Joel Embiid, among others.
