Liverpool midfielder Wataru Endo appears to have revealed the club's plan to replace Mohamed Salah this summer.
Mo Salah has been a standout player for the club over the past few seasons, consistently performing season after season.
Offensive numbers for Salah and Liverpool

He was one of Jurgen Klopp's most important players, playing an important role in the success achieved under the German leadership.
However, his future remained uncertain. Saudi Arabia have been tracking him since last summer and Liverpool rejected two big bids from them.
But with the Egyptian's contract set to expire next summer, Liverpool's owners will not let their biggest asset leave on a free transfer and could consider selling him this summer.
Therefore, it was thought that the club were looking for long-term replacements for the Egyptian king, with the likes of Jarrod Bowen and Mohamed Kudus being linked in the past.
Wataru Endo wants Takefusa Kubo at Liverpool between the links
Another player who has been heavily linked with in recent days is Japan's Takefusa Kubo.
There have been conflicting claims about the move being in the advanced stages with some reports claiming Liverpool are close to agreeing a deal for the player but other sources have denied these claims.
Amid the rumours, Kubo's Japanese counterpart may have mistakenly confirmed Liverpool's intentions to replace Mo Salah.
Endo appears to have accidentally revealed Liverpool's plan to replace Salah
Speaking to ABEMA Sports Time, the LFC midfielder appeared to be talking about the possibility of his Japanese counterpart joining him at Anfield, in a move to lift the veil on one part of the club's transfer strategy.
When asked if he could sign his Reds international counterpart, Endo replied (as shared by whatever LFC_):
“Maybe Kubo. They are looking for a replacement for Mo Salah, so that will be a real area for Liverpool to strengthen in the future, and if they think about who to replace him, I think it will be Kubo. “
