The Raptors waived Sasha Vezenkov and Javon Freeman-Liberty, the team said. Vezenkov was reportedly headed to Greece since being acquired from SAC, so a buyout of some sort seemed inevitable. The JFL was only half-certain this season and was due to step up this week – 3:14 PM
