The first group event in G4D (Golf for the Disabled) will be held at The Belfry from August 26-27.

The G4D Tour Nations Cup @ Betfred British Masters will see six nations compete in a mixed team event, with two players from England, Canada, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and the USA representing their countries.

The first day will feature three teams of four balls before the format changes to foursomes on the second day.

Alec Scott, sustainability project manager at the DP World Tour, said: “With one in six people in the world living with a disability, we are constantly looking for new ways to grow Disabled Golf and introducing a new club event will make it even better. opportunities offered to golfers with disabilities.”
