Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Brazilian defender Emerson Royal on the left The club will join Serie A giants AC Milan.
The 25-year-old joined Spurs in 2021 from Barcelona after a loan spell at Real Betis and made 31 Premier League appearances as his side finished fourth under Antonio Conte to qualify for the Champions League.
A defensive injury crisis at Ange Postecoglou's side saw the ten-year-old Brazil international feature heavily last season but Milan pursued a deal in recent months and a £12.8m transfer was finally agreed.
