Michael Redd: Rick Carlisle calling my last game in the 2004 All-Star Game was surreal.

Michael Redd felt honored to have the last game scheduled for him by Eastern Conference head coach Rick Carlisle during the 2004 NBA All-Star game (West won 136-132).

“We were down three, and Rick Carlisle called me the last game, which is a surreal game. It was crazy, because he took me off the bench. I think I scored 12 points or something like that in the game and played well.
