West Ham are a possible destination for Roma striker Tammy Abraham
West Ham are considering a move for Roma striker Tammy Abraham to the London Stadium, according to reports in Italy.
Everything has changed this summer with Julen Lopetegui now in charge and the Hammers have been busy in the transfer window making a number of signings.
The club have added some real quality with the likes of Max Kilman, Crysencio Summerville, Jean-Clair Todibo, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Niclas Fullkrug all joining.
A possible destination is West Ham Abraham
The Hammers will be aiming to qualify for Europe and improve on last season's ninth place finish.
Despite having signed a number of players it is likely that West Ham will be looking to do more business before the window closes at the end of the month.
The addition of Fullkrug will hopefully take some of the scoring burden off Jarrod Bowen, but it looks like another striker may be on the way.
According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, West Ham are a possible destination for Abraham this summer, with Roma claiming €25 million for the striker.
The Englishman arrived at Chelsea, but left the club in the summer of 2021 to join Roma where he scored 37 goals and provided 13 assists in 119 games.
The 26-year-old has two years left on his contract in the Italian capital and is believed to be in demand following the arrival of Artem Dovbyk from Girona.
Abraham will be a huge asset to West Ham as they look to renew their forward options but it remains to be seen if they are willing to pay the money or not.
Apart from Fullkrug the Hammers have Michail Antonio and Danny Ings as other striker options and with great respect to both of them West Ham could definitely do with more quality in the center forward position.
