Chelsea are entering the 'final stages' of negotiations to sign the 24-year-old

Chelsea are reportedly close to reaching an agreement with Atletico Madrid to re-sign striker Joao Felix.

The Blues have had another busy summer. Having signed nine first-team players, including Pedro Neto from Wolves, Chelsea have also spent more than £100 million on talent.

And they are not done there.
