The player from Liga MX and MLS clubs stepped up to get on the score sheet and score some great goals during the quarter finals of Le League Cup 2024.
The final four of the competition between the teams of Liga MX and Major League Soccer is here and it has seen a number of players score amazing goals to give their teams the best chance of reaching the semi-finals.
We saw MLS stars Denis Bouanga and Mikael Uhre score in impressive fashion while MLS icon Kei Kamara turned back the clock with a volleyed effort against the Seattle Sounders. Despite NYCFC being outclassed by the Columbus Crew, Alonso Martinez scored the fastest goal in club history by pouncing on a defensive blunder by the reigning MLS Cup champions.

Columbus' Rudy Camacho would like to be able to play again in this moment as he waits just a moment to release a pass to Steven Moreira.
That allowed Alonso Martinez enough time to block Camacho's attempted pass before darting forward and easily finishing past Patrick Schulte to score the fastest goal in NYCFC history.

Club America and Mazatlan are the only Mexican clubs left in the Leagues Cup to score in their Quarter-final match and the former could not break the deadlock vs Colorado Rapids.
Although Mazatlan failed to advance to the Semi-finals after failing to shoot penalties, Jesus Escoboza gave the Liga MX club a fighting chance in the game with a well-placed header to level things up in the second half.

There was no way Golden Boot winner Denis Bouanga wasn't going to score in LAFC's big win over the Sounders.
The Gabon international has been in the form of his life over the past few seasons and added to his catalog of goals with a stunning run while remaining calm to score the black and gold's third of the game.
