Ashworth Golf has announced the appointment of golf industry expert Andy Bell as Chief Executive Officer.
Bell is known for his extensive experience in the golf and apparel industry over the past 30 years, with his resume boasting senior leadership positions with Ralph Lauren, Summit Golf Brands and Jones Global Sports.
Known for his ability to deliver efficiencies, strengthen brand presence and drive growth across multiple distribution channels, Bell will bring decades of experience to the Ashworth Golf team.
“I am excited to be returning to the golf industry with the opportunity to lead a leading golf brand. I am blessed to be working with an already talented team of founders and supported by Alex and the world-class organization at Newtimes Group.” said Bell, who holds a business degree from the University of North Texas.
“Ashworth has been an integral part of golf since I grew up in the business. I am humbled to have the opportunity to strengthen that legacy and introduce Ashworth to a new generation of golfers.”
In his new role at Ashworth Golf, Bell will focus on developing the brand's market presence, developing product lines, and developing new innovations to meet the evolving needs of today's golfers.
