Damian Lillard lost his chance at an NBA title due to the departure of LaMarcus Aldridge

Damian Lillard believes that an NBA championship would have been within reach if LaMarcus Aldridge had stayed with the Portland Trail Blazers.

In a recent interview on the Club 520 podcast, Lillard expressed his thoughts on this missed opportunity.

“If [LaMarcus Aldridge] I wouldn't have gone to San Antonio, we would have won at least once,” Lillard said.

Lillard reflected on Aldridge's impact on the team. “I was going to come to mine but she was beautiful,” he added.
