Brighton vs Man Utd: Preview, predictions and fixtures
Manchester United travel to the south coast this Saturday lunchtime to face Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.
The Red Devils started their Premier League campaign with a late win over Fulham, substitute and summer signing Joshua Zirkzee scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win. It was not a convincing performance from Erik ten Hag's side and they will need to improve on their trip south this weekend.
Brighton have made a dream start for new manager Fabian Hurzeler. The Seagulls scored three unanswered goals to beat Everton at Goodison Park, sparking new players on Merseyside. They will be hoping to continue their impressive recent record against United, even if they tasted defeat in the last meeting.
Here it is 90 min Brighton vs Man Utd guide.

Brighton do not have many players when Man Utd visits but new player Yankuba Minteh should be available despite suffering a head injury at Goodison Park.
Bart Verburggen is still out so Jason Steele will start again and Solly March is still recovering from a long-term knee injury. Julio Enciso is also likely to miss out with a knee injury sustained on international duty this summer.
Tariq Lamptey could feature despite speculation over the summer and both Pervis Estupinan and Evan Ferguson are set to return from long-term injuries. It remains to be seen whether they will be allowed to face Man Utd.
Brighton predicted schedule vs Man Utd (4-2-3-1): Steel; Veltman, Van Hecke, Dunk, Hinshelwood; Milner, Wieffer; Minteh, Pedro, Mitoma, Welbeck.
Four United players will miss the trip to the Amex Stadium, with Leny Yoro, Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw absent from defence. The latter was injured again after his return for Euro 2024, keeping him out until after the September international break.
Rasmus Hojlund is still out after picking up a hamstring injury in pre-season against Arsenal and Zirkzee could be on the rise given his heroics against Fulham on matchday one.
Victor Lindelof is a doubt for Saturday's clash but could feature somewhere, while Jadon Sancho's future remains unclear. He was left out of the Fulham squad but Ten Hag has said it was due to an ear infection.
Man Utd predicted to face Brighton (4-2-3-1): Onana; Mazraoui, De Ligt, Martinez, Dalot; Casemiro, Mainoo; Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford; Zirkzee.
Man Utd struggled to get out of second gear against Fulham but should strengthen as the weeks go on with their new signings. However, they have struggled against Brighton in recent games and could have similar problems against Hurzeler's men.
Brighton have been outstanding in pre-season and made light work of Everton on the road in their first outing of the campaign. Some smart summer transfers and good form around the south coast side could see them earn a draw against the Red Devils.
Prediction: Brighton 1-1 Man Utd
