Chelsea have agreed a deal with them loan Goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic came with his sister Strasbourg, the report said.
Petrovic impressed in his first season at Chelsea last year, replacing Robert Sanchez as a starter and making 31 appearances in all competitions, but has lost his place following the arrival of new manager Enzo Maresca.
Not only did Maresca restore Sanchez to the starting line-up, but he also oversaw the arrival of Filip Jorgensen from Villarreal, forcing Petrovic to move forward.
Strasbourg have been linked with Petrovic throughout the summer but previous reports claim the Serbian has not been sold in a move, though. Fabrizio Romano He revealed that he is now sure.
Petrovic is said to have agreed a new contract before linking up with the French club on a season-long loan that does not include a buyout clause.
Petrovic will join fellow Chelsea loanees Andrey Santos and Caleb Wiley in Strasbourg, who have four points in their first two Ligue 1 games under new manager Liam Rosenior. Winger Diego Moreira also completed a complete move to the French side earlier this summer.
The trio take up three of Chelsea's six international loan spots, with the fourth being used with defender Aaron Anselmino at Boca Juniors. Belgian goalkeeper Mike Penders is out of place as his departure from Genk will only be made official in 2025, as happened with Estevao and Kendry Paez.
Chelsea still have room for two more overseas loan signings as they look to find new homes for Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Trevoh Chalobah, Carney Chukwuemeka, Cesare Casadei, Angelo, Armando Broja, David Datro Fofana and David Washington.
Marc Guiu could also be a late loan contender if Chelsea are successful in their bid to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
