Great moment as Sandro Tonali hugs the Newcastle fans
Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali is back after a 10-month ban.
The Italian midfielder was banned last season for breaking betting rules but is now back after serving a ban.
Eddie Howe will feel that Tonali is like a new signing this summer, which is why they have been without him for so long.
The former AC Milan midfielder made his first appearance for the Magpies in his EFL Cup return against Nottingham Forest.
Newcastle failed to win this match but managed to go through after winning this match on penalties.
The fans were seeing Tonali on the field for the first time since October last year and they were excited to see him back.
The Toon Army welcomed the midfielder back by holding the Italian flag and Tonali responded by going to the fans and hugging them in an emotional moment for the player.

The midfielder praised Newcastle United fans for supporting him during his ban.
Tonali told the Newcastle website:
“I feel good as I know the team and the fans have always been with me. I have never been alone, and it is very important because I was in difficulty in the first three months and now I feel that it is a new time after ten months. This is another point of my life, not only for me but for my family and friends. I have a great team behind me. This is very important. It's the first thing in my life.”
It is now up to the midfielder to regain his place in the team and regain their faith this season.
