NHL Rumors: Utah Hockey Club, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Toronto Maple Leafs

Clayton Keller is not looking for a sale

Craig Morgan of AllCity Network: Utah Hockey Club forward Clayton Keller does not want to be traded despite the rumors. Any talk of him not being happy about moving from Arizona to Utah can be put to sleep by his father.

“That's 100 percent bullshit,” said his father, Bryan. “After the reception they received and the way the entire country supports the NHL's presence, he can't wait for next season! He wouldn't buy a house if he wanted out! You can quote me on that!”

Could the Pittsburgh Penguins be interested in Maple Leafs Nick Robertson?

Dan Kingerski of Pittsburgh Hockey Now: (mailbag) Pittsburgh Penguins GM Kyle Dubas is a fan of disgruntled Toronto Maple Leafs player Nick Robertson.

An offer sheet under $2.29 million would cost a third-round pick. The Maple Leafs have about $1.275 million in cap space with 12 picks.

Sources say the Leafs may match the $2.29 million offer sheet in hopes of getting a better trade. Does posting say Cody Glass with 50% retained for future consideration in the Leafs and a $2 million offer sheet for the Robertson job?

Could the Penguins send a similar player to Robertson to the Leafs and sign him to a three-year, $6 million deal?

The Toronto Maple Leafs are on Max Pacioretty

Nick Alberga: Sources say the Toronto Maple Leafs are one of the teams to play UFA forward Max Pacioretty.

David Pagnotta: I've been hearing the same thing. They are talking contract not PTO.
