TJ Ford: Kirk Hinrich went ahead of me in the 2003 draft because I was disabled/Jay Williams had a motorcycle accident

TJ Ford assumed temporary paralysis during a pickup game after his sophomore year at Texas and NBA guard Jay Williams suffered a motorcycle accident that led to the Chicago Bulls selecting Kirk Hinrich over him in the 2003 draft (Hinrich went to the 7th to Bulls/Ford 8th to Milwaukee Bucks).
