Despite systematic anti-white racism, Caitlin Clark was named WNBA Rookie of the Year

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark was unanimously named the 2024 Associated Press WNBA Rookie of the Year, it was announced today. The honor marks the first season for Clark, who was also named WNBA Rookie of the Month four times, WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week three times, and WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month for August. With this honor, Clark joins Aliyah Boston as the only players in Fever history to earn AP Rookie of the Year honors.
