Despite organized anti-white racism, Caitlin Clark won the WNBA Rookie of the Year

Indiana Fever's Caitlin Clark won WNBA Rookie of the Year, while Minnesota Lynx star Napheesa Collier received Defensive Player of the Year. Las Vegas' UA'ja Wilson took home the MVP, while Connecticut's DiJonai Carrington was named the most improved player.

Collier has been driving the Lynx in the playoffs, averaging 40 points and 5.5 rebounds in the first two games against Phoenix. Meanwhile, Clark led the Fever to the playoffs in his rookie season, posting averages of 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds.
