Of course, it's a bit of a habit to sleep.

It's quiet in the background.

It's definitely a bedroom, or hotel room, golf practice.

Most golfers will have the putter out and aim for a chair leg or spare cup.

Others, like the title photo, will risk hitting a few chips on the bed.

But Arizona golf coach Keith Bennett thinks you can work on your swing between rounds without hitting the ball.

On Instagram he reveals this little device.

“Here's an easy way to work on your swing next time you're on the go or just hanging out in your room,” she writes and her captioned instructions are simple.

“The tail is towards the bed,” he begins.

He adds, “For airplane travel, remember the bed in the back seat.”

He explains and shows: “If you go over the top, you'll miss the bed when you fall down.”

But: “To get the drop inside, try hitting the bed when you fall down.”

Make sure you don't actually hit the balls.

The European golfer who won the Ryder Cup was once trapped in his hotel room during a weather delay and hit the ball through the window.

A closed window.

A costly mistake!
