The postseason
This time last year, I put together my first ever Camp of 72 with 32 hosts. We took the field for the 2023 NCAA tournament and adjusted for eight more teams and 16 more hosts. It was a fun game. And to be honest, it has increased my confidence about the benefits of adding these changes to our beloved national competition.
But let's not be naive. Every change comes with unintended consequences. Some of them can be good, and some not so bad. Before I explain the advantages of this proposed format, let's talk about why we shouldn't do it.
