Paris 2024: Tommy Fleetwood's silver medal winning bag

Tommy Fleetwood had to accept Olympic silver in men's golf after falling agonizingly short to American world number one Scottie Scheffler in a thrilling final round.
Fleetwood was even with Scheffler at 19 under entering the 17th hole.
However, a bogey after missing the green and missing the chip left him behind Scheffler, who posted a course record nine-under 62.
The young man from England, 33, also made a mistake on the 18th while attacking, and was forced to get a par, which won him the silver medal.
“Part of me is disappointed, of course, but at the same time I never dreamed I would be an Olympic champion,” said Fleetwood.
“I'm still incredibly proud and happy with how the week went. I'm proud of the way I played today.”
He added a TaylorMade Q10 LS driver to his bag earlier this season and Fleetwood has seen the decision pay off.
“Tommy's biggest gains with the Qi10 come with solid levels, especially when he misses,” said TaylorMade Senior Tour Rep Adrian Rietveld. “When he misses, Tommy used to get 3100-3200 spin, this time he gets 2700, which is big for him because it means the distance is there. He's still coming out of it a little bit.
“In the snares that are hit, he has gone from 10.5 or 11° launch at 2,600 spin, up to 12° launch at 2,400 spin. When you put that together, that's a real change for him.”
Fleetwood accepts that the silver medal is a great honour.
“As a young golfer, none of us had a chance to win gold at the Olympics so it was never on our agenda,” Fleetwood said.
“That changes quickly when you're part of the Olympics and you feel incredibly special.
“I know I didn't get the gold but standing on the podium with the medal was one of the most amazing moments I've ever had as a golfer.”
