Golf Business News – Nexxxchange acquires a leading Italian golf software company

Nexxxchange, the leading provider of golf software throughout Europe, with more than 400 courses under contract, has acquired Sysgolf SRL, the leading Italian golf software company, which offers more than 200 courses.

This strategic acquisition marks an important milestone for Nexxxchange, as the company plans to integrate Sysgolf solutions into its extensive, cross-border portfolio of European golf course operators.

Key features from Sysgolf, such as its world-class tournament management module and the popular Gesgolf mobile app, with more than 90,000 users in Italy, will soon be part of Nexxchange's Europe-wide ecosystem.

Nexxxchange's integrated platform also includes an integrated marketplace for booking sessions, golf school sessions, and events. With this merger, golfers will benefit from easy access to their home courses in Italy and the extensive network of Nexxchange locations throughout Europe.
