Golf Business News – Chart Hills opens luxury residence on site
Chart Hills Golf Club in Kent has opened the doors to its on-site accommodation offering, The Barn, which will offer golfers, and other guests, the option to stay and relax in a modern, luxurious setting.
Located just a few minutes' drive from the club's premier championship golf course, The Barn can accommodate up to eight guests in a range of four suites named Faldo, Lilypad, Oak, and Gold – reflecting the key themes of the golf course, and and honoring the course designer, Sir Nick Faldo. The bridal suite offers a bespoke experience for wedding guests and allows families to come together before their special day.
The Barn offers a variety of other amenities, including a cozy community lounge, private garden with outdoor seating, artificial putting green, and high-speed wi-fi. Guests can also request custom-stocked refrigerators, beauty essentials in every room, and enjoy a hearty breakfast at the clubhouse bar.
“We are thrilled to unveil The Barn at Chart Hills, as part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best experience for our members, guests and visitors,” said General Manager, Anthony Tarchetti. “In recent years, we have invested in a number of golf club facilities, and The Barn is another exciting step forward. It expands our offering with live and play options, adding another dimension to the Chart Hills experience.”
The club has introduced a number of winter stay-and-play packages that offer the opportunity to sample the new accommodation, as well as play the golf course. From March 2025, winter rates are £199 per person on weekdays and £239 on weekends, and include use of the facilities on site for two days, including breakfast before your tee time. Special room rates for leisure or events start from £200 per room.
Winter B&B packages will also include free access to 'The Loop' – the club's newly opened six and three hole course – and take full advantage of the driving range and practice putting greens.
