Golf Business News – Last chance to complete the BIGGA survey
Global Edition
As announced by GBN at the end of October, the British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association invited all greenkeepers – whether members of the Association or not – to share their views on the structure and role of BIGGA.
The survey is intended to ensure that conservationists are aware of the plans to improve BIGGA's operations and structure and to ensure that it is well placed to face the challenges of the coming years.
This study is the first step in a consulting phase conducted in partnership with Sporting Insights, a leading sports marketing research organization.
The questionnaire will give all conservationists a chance to voice their opinion about BIGGA itself, whether positive or otherwise. Questions will include what BIGGA membership offers, the number of benefits and programs currently available and how they may change. There will also be questions about membership levels, the role of volunteers and how BIGGA represents its members in the industry.
Those who complete the questionnaire will be entered into a draw to win £500 in Amazon vouchers.
This week, Scott Reeves, BIGGA's Head of Membership, told GBN: “I can say that following the success of our recent conferences we have received a lot of positive feedback about how BIGGA listens to members. We need to reach as many people as possible to make sure their voices are heard.”
Today, Friday, November 22, is the closing day.
