Roy Keane says Newcastle players will target Casemiro of Man United
Newcastle travel to Old Trafford on Wednesday night to play Man United and Roy Keane believes Eddie Howe's men will target Casemiro at the heart of the Red Devils' defence.
The Brazilian has been running at center back in recent weeks and has been terrible in the role. The veteran was embarrassed in United's recent game against Crystal Palace and the 32-year-old was at fault for Arsenal's only goal of the weekend.
Going into tonight's game against Newcastle, Sky Sports pundit Roy Keane believes Casemiro is a “big problem” for his former club and expects the Magpies' players to target the Brazilian.
“If you're Newcastle's attacking players and you see any space at the back, obviously you're going to try to take advantage of that,” Keane said. Sky Sports.
“I think it's a big problem for Man United, it won't end. He lost them goals, and big goals.
“All the best tonight, Casemiro will be under a lot of pressure.”
Alexander Isak will expose Casemiro in the Man United defence
The biggest problem for Man United and Casemiro on Wednesday night is Alexander Isak coming to town with Newcastle.
This striker is one of the best players in the Premier League as he has scored 10 goals in the last 10 league games. That took his tally for the season to 24 and the Swede will see the opportunity to add more at Old Trafford.
Isak will certainly be targeting Casemiro throughout the game and Keane may understand the Brazilian is a big problem for Erik ten Hag as his side need to beat Newcastle to keep their European dreams alive.
