Manchester City did the job on the final day to win their fourth consecutive Premier League title.
The champions knew anything but a win would put their crown in jeopardy against Arsenal, who beat Everton at the Emirates.

Phil Foden scored a quick brace to put his side in the driving seat early on and City continued their dominant style of play.
But West Ham pulled one back at the break.
Mohammed Kudus hit a wonderful overhead kick that came into the deficit and wowed the Etihad crowd.
However, the pressure was short-lived as Rodri scored the third in the second half.
It was clear from there that City wrapped up the title in style.

How it happened
It didn't take long for Muzi to start their own business. It only took 79 seconds for Foden to break the deadlock at the Etihad Stadium.
The England international found space on the edge of the box after Bernardo Silva's pass and unleashed a stunning effort that curled into the side netting, leaving West Ham goalkeeper Areola with no chance.
City did not give up after grabbing the goal.
The chances kept coming with Erling Haaland missing a hat-trick of easy chances in the first half.
His embarrassment was somewhat saved by Foden who was second at the 18 minute mark.
This time it was Jeremy Doku who provided the assist, beating his man on the far side and firing into the tight gap for Foden to fire home for the first time.
It could have been 3-0, 4-0 or 5-0 chances that fell at home but they didn't take them, it was expensive.
West Ham hit back before the break with a wonder goal from Mohammed Kudus.
The Hammers midfielder struck an overhead kick from a corner into the penalty area and completely changed the mood of the pitch as the players went into the break.
Despite the anxious atmosphere lurking at the Etihad, City came into their own in the second half.
West Ham registered one shot after Kudus' goal and Guardiola's City restored their two-goal lead after 59 minutes.

Rodri was frustrated and pulled off another big moment for the Spanish midfielder.
He tried to go past the goalkeeper and the fans of City were happy, who were about to win the fourth title in a row.
West Ham offered little in the way of a response during the remaining 30 minutes of the game.
Tomas Soucek briefly silenced the field when he scored from a corner but it was found that there was no ball in sight.
As they always do, City held their nerve until the end and will be partying for days to come as they celebrate more success.
Champions again
Guardiola has once again proven that he is one of the best coaches Arsenal has hired this season.
Mikel Arteta's men could have been deserved champions and can hold their heads high knowing they recorded their biggest win of the Premier League season.
For City, the season is not over yet.
They will face rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley next week.
Such is his relentless nature, Guardiola will be doing everything in his power to ensure that his team brings home a double.
