The NBA will finalize new TV rights deals with Disney (ESPN), NBC, and Amazon beginning in the 2025-26 season, according to the Sports Business Journal.
NBC will reportedly take over TNT's “B” package for $2.6 billion a year, which could end TNT's “Inside the NBA” program after next season. Warner Bros. Discovery, the owner of TNT, has similar rights and can legally challenge the “full value” of the deal.
The NBC package will include a weekly Sunday night game, other prime-time slots, and second-round playoff games.
