Jude Bellingham has revealed his desire to play with Kylian Mbappe, who is expected to move to Real Madrid this summer.
Paris-Saint Germain bid farewell to Mbappe on Saturday in their final Coupe de France match against Lyon. He was able to pick up his 16th club trophy as he closed the door on his PSG career.
Neither Madrid nor Mbappe have publicly confirmed his move to La Liga, but an announcement is expected soon, with Los Blancos looking to secure one of the world's best players on a free transfer.
Current Madrid player Bellingham has shared his thoughts on the move, saying he would love to play alongside Mbappe.
Talking to BeIn SportsBellingham said: “You ask me about the position next year, I don't choose a team and I don't change but you know, Kylian Mbappe, what kind of player he is.
“Who wouldn't want to play with someone as good as him? I don't want to put any more pressure on the situation, I know for him it's hard for everyone to keep talking about him, but yes it can be. It's really good [to play alongside him].”
Bellingham and Mbappe recorded a combined 89 goals and assists in the 2023/24 season, making links in La Liga over the next few years very exciting.
Former Borussia Dortmund player Bellingham is preparing to face his former club in Saturday's Champions League final at Wembley Stadium. BVB knocked out Mbappe's PSG in the semi-finals to set up a final against Madrid.
