Arsenal target Benjamin Sesko is closing in on a move to the Premier League

Premier League teams Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are expected to be active in the transfer window.

They all need reinforcements ahead of next season as they have failed to reach their targets for the 2023-24 season.

The Gunners are looking forward to signing a new striker in the transfer window as they failed to upset Manchester City in the Premier League.

Mikel Arteta had to deploy Kai Havertz as a false nine in the final few months of the season, showing that the need for a new striker is evident at the Emirates Stadium.

Meanwhile, Chelsea and Man United failed to enter the Champions League, although the Red Devils redeemed their season at the end by winning the FA Cup.

RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko is attracting interest from major Premier League clubs ahead of the transfer window.

Twelve months ago, the youngster moved from RB Salzburg to Leipzig in the Bundesliga, where he scored 18 goals in his first season.

Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg gave an update on the future of the young striker.

Plettenberg said, according to Sky Sports:

“There are many chances that you will see him playing and scoring goals in the Premier League next season – we will not see him playing in the Bundesliga.

RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko is attracting interest from Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United.

“There are concrete questions and promising things for him. We can confirm that Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have all made inquiries and are in early talks.

“We have been told that there is no final decision for the player and his camp at this stage of negotiations.

“There is an exemption clause that teams must use with a transfer fee of E65 million at the end of June. The player considers the best option.

“RB Leipzig is doing everything to convince him to stay… Sesko is completely focused on the Euros. We think there will be a decision in the next two or three weeks or after the Euros.”

Europe's elite have seen the return of his stunning goal, but he has a long contract with Leipzig that expires in the summer of 2028.

All teams will be fighting to complete the signing of this striker as they need a new striker from Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United.

Arsenal are heavily linked with a move for Sesko

Sesko is a young striker who is highly regarded in the game for his finishing and speed.

The Gunners could offer a chance to challenge for the Premier League title and qualifying for the Champions League could help them attract the coveted striker.
