Golf Business News – GMS announces earnings and jump in PR Week ratings
Leading PR & Marketing firm Golf Marketing Services (GMS) has announced record revenue for 2023, reporting a 27% increase in global revenue to £3.9m for the financial year ending 30 November.
For the fourth consecutive year the Hertfordshire-based agency has recorded growth across all metrics.
This success is underlined by the agency cementing its place as the leading golf agency in the PR Week UK rankings – placing 175th best overall, and 25th on the coveted 'Bubbling Under' list.
GMS, which counts the R&A, Dubai Golf, PING, Topgolf, Sotogrande, ECCO Golf and Golf Pride among its 25 clients, pointed to global expansion and diversification of services as key drivers of growth its ongoing.
“We are now global and a lot of growth is coming from international expansion,” said GMS Co-CEO Sam Elder. “Our customers now trust us to deliver the best levels of service in all the major gaming markets around the world, and Phil. [Craghill] and I am very proud of the team for continuing to deliver the work despite the challenge that comes with conquering new territories.”
