How to make Kentucky beer cheese dip

If you're planning to take on the PGA Championship action at home this week, it's always a good idea to have a satisfying snack on hand. And if you're a dip lover, we're sure you'll find this Kentucky beer dip recipe a big win.
Created by Chance Cozby, whose food-focused Instagram and TikTok accounts (@3piecesofpecan) boast a combined following of more than 1.3 million, the dip is a perfect accompaniment to any well-deserved dish. Cozby likes Saltines, but you can go with carrots, celery or potato chips. And if you're in a true Kentucky mood, pour yourself a finger or two of bourbon for a true Louisville experience.

Chance Cozby's Kentucky beer cheese dip
Ingredients:
-1 lb shredded sharp cheddar
-4 oz blue cheese
-1/2 stick butter
– 2 cloves of garlic
-1/2 cup of beer
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire
-2 tsp white wine vinegar
-1 tsp dry mustard
– Dash of cayenne pepper
-Salt and pepper to tasteIn a food processor, combine the cheddar, blue cheese and butter. Beat for one minute. Add the remaining ingredients, and pulse until fully combined.
Refrigerate for two hours. Remove and sprinkle with more cayenne pepper. Serve with your favorite crackers.
