After playing in Miami for three seasons, how would you describe the Heat Culture? Haywood Highsmith: It was about winning championships. That's the priority. They are a team that always tries to compete year after year. You never hear anything about them hitting or any of that stuff. It feels like family there. They will tell you how it is. They will not anoint it. It's not a place for everyone, for sure. Many people cannot stick there when they go there because they are not strong mentally and physically. They will really push you because they are trying to get the best and win the championship. To burn a real culture.
