Santa Barbara had a lot of scary moments today, but in the end he had a lot to shout about.

SANTA BARBARA – A few decades ago there was actually a weekday soap opera called “Santa Barbara.” The show revolved around the wealthy Capwell family and the evil Lockridge family, who were their rivals. Then there were the more respectable families like the Andrades and Perkins, whose fates were capable of similar torture. Today, that midday show could be rewritten, rerun and reshot with four teams right here in Santa Barbara County.
