The Brighton winger on loan from Ipswich Town scored the opening goal for Ecuador

Despite being the man down, Ecuador scored the opening goal in their Copa América match against Venezuela on Saturday afternoon at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Ecuador's captain, Enner Valencia, was sent off in the 22nd minute after a brutal blow to the chest which resulted in him being sent off with a straight red card.
