Leicester City defender Ricardo Pereira has shared his thoughts on Enzo Maresca, who is reportedly close to closing in on a Chelsea move.
The Italian coach has been heavily linked with Chelsea in recent weeks, and there have been rumors that a deal has been agreed between the two clubs.

Pereira revealed to MARCA that he is a top class manager with a bright future and is an expert when it comes to people management. He also added that technically Maresca is the best coach he has ever played under and he has similarities with Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
He said: “I like that you are direct. He keeps the gamer's mind and tells things like they are. He cares a lot about those who play less and that is important.
“Technically he is very good, the best coach I have ever had. His style of play is complicated… but the way he explains it makes it look easy. We all know what to do… and what others will do.
“He has things like Pep (Guardiola). He wants to have possessions; he looks like he's coming out from behind”.
Chelsea have a talented squad and the resources to buy the best players in the world. Marseca will be able to fulfill his ambitions with the Blues if he is able to please the club's management with his management. It remains to be seen whether he can guide Chelsea back to the top of English football again.
