Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs was unanimously chosen as the best player in the league.
The top pick in the draft showed his talent, averaging 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, a league-leading 3.6 blocks, and 1.2 steals in 71 games. Iwembanyama got all 99 votes and came first with 495 points.
Becomes first player to achieve at least 1,500 points, 700 rebounds, 250 assists, 250 blocks, and 100 3-pointers made in a season.
