Tracy Park measures 220 acres and is being sold Freehold as a going concern with a guide price of £12m.

HMH have been instructed to sell the Tracy Park Estate which is considered to be one of the last remaining leisure opportunities available. Essential planning permissions have already been granted.

With its 40 Grade 2 listed hotel and suites, two 18-hole golf courses, practice area and separate clubhouse, Tracy Park was home to the Tracy family for 300 years until it was developed into a luxury golf hotel in 1974.

The building is close to Bath, the only city in Britain designated as a World Heritage site which attracts around 3.8m tourists each year.

It is also close to the M4 Motorway (J18)
